Last night there was a really cool storm. Two nights ago when we were swimming, I got stung by a jellyfish, stepped on a crab, fell on an oyster bar, and tripped over a wooden pallet. That was a tough 10 minutes.
John, Glad to know you are OK...I thought perhaps you were in the Bay! Sorry to hear about the Jelly...by now your clothes must be really smelly! We can't wait to have you home...that's the end of this silly poem!
Hey, Good to hear your taking all the better things in life in stride. You'll be eating Jellyfish (or jelly donuts.. mmmm donut) for lunch by the end of this. I'll see you on Friday. Got the new Smashing Pumpkins album and its pretty good.
Hope your having a fun/challenging/educational time! Here's a little boating humor to share with your shipmates:
While sailing on a tall ship a gust of wind blew a women's hat into the water. A body hurled over the rail of the sailboat and saved the hat. Coming back on board, the man who had dove into the water was cheered by the other passengers. The captain asked the man, "What can we do for you?" The man said, "You can tell me who pushed me?!"
John, Can't wait to hear all about your adventures. Missed you in Orient Point when Annie and your Mom visited. Hope you'll have lots of pictures to share with us. Aunt Patty :)
